How long will I wait to have a staff work for me?

As soon as a staff of your choice is available, they can immediately start to work for you on a trial period.

Do I get to choose the staff to work for me?

Yes, you will be given the chance to select from our available staff and you can view the qualifications of all the staffs for you to be able to select which staff you think is the best. Our customer support will also be willing to help recommend which staff may suite your needs. You may also schedule a personal chat interview with your staff before you finally select which staff to hire.

How long is the trial period?

The trial period varies depending on the kind of services that you need.

Will my staff work at a schedule I want?

Our staff could would on either of the following schedules. Please choose one which you think is best for your business hours.

9:00am – 6:00pm EST 10:00am – 7:00pm EST

8:00pm – 5:00am EST 9:00pm – 6:00am EST

Initial payment of $300.00 is due for the reservation of a staff to begin his trial period. After the trial period, your staff can now start working with you upon full payment of the first month’s fee. Hence, we have a pre-paid payment scheme.

We offer our services on a month to month basis. Clients can hire the service of our staffs for several months if they are satisfied with the performance of the staff and they feel they need them to help them with their business. If time should come that you feel you no longer need the service of our staff, you can terminate your contract with us within a 2 weeks notice period.

We have supervisors who oversee and check the work of your staff. A daily progress report is also sent to your e-mail by our staff, which contains their output for the day.

Do I have a direct contact with my staff?

Yes. You can communicate with our staff thru email and instant messaging. You can use Skype, Yahoo Messenger, Google Talk or Windows Messenger to communicate with your staff daily.

Since sickness is beyond our control, this is a risk that we take. However, you may require your staff to work for an extended hours to make-up for days they are absent. We will also make adjustments in your bill if the staff fails to report for work. We have a supervisor who is responsible for checking the daily attendance of our staffs.

Although we do not oblige our clients to give incentives or bonuses, we believe that this will help motivate an employee to work even better. The incentives and bonuses you give to your staff will go to them directly in full amount. Contact our customer support for any inquiries.

Do I have the choice to replace my staff if I become unsatisfied with the output?

Because client satisfaction is our ultimate goal, we allow our clients to replace their staff but only after proving that there is really a shortcoming on the part of the staff.
